Ahhh!  It's a scary rodent from hell that used to be a nice fuzzy guinea pig!  This preparation is known as cuy chatado.  They fry the cuy in a large pan and press it down with a large stone to cook it evenly.  Tastes like rabbit.  By the way, if this picture disturbs you then you probably don't want to see the next one either.
