This is El Pueblo de los Muertos.  A pre-Incan civilization (called the Chachapoyas, or Warriors of the Clouds) build this tiny village along the cliffs.  At some point they converted it to a burial grounds.  The bumps on the bottom left picture are full-sized sarcophagi, still containing the warriors or priests buried in them.
