Michael and I went to one of the top-rated ceviche restaurants in Lima. It was
certainly yummy - delicious sauces - but lost something from the
fresh-out-of-the-water ceviche you get for $2 at the coast. Also:
epic anticuchos (beef heart kebabs), and I finally tried the
chifa (Peruvian-influenced Chinese food) that everyone was so proud
of. It tasted like Chinese food.
