The next day we were taken back down the river and made our way back to the airport.  It was the 20th of January, 2009, which happened to be inauguration day for Mr. Barack Obama.  It was pretty emotional watching all the Peruvians and travelers from across the world clap and cheer as he was sworn in.  We boarded the plane and headed back to Lima for one final romp around the capital city.
