We had a three day / two night stay, and the schedule was intense.  We had about twenty minutes to unload before our first jungle hike.  Our guides led us a little ways into the jungle, pointing out various plants, animals, and insects that we came across.  The destination was a towering free-standing staircase that led above the canopy.  Most of us made it to the top; a select few could not handle the intense heights and had to give up halfway.  I'm not naming any names.  Let's just say, when you are only five feet tall, high places are just that much scarier.
